Profile

I lead product development at Uniendo Nodos with AI-assisted Spec Driven Development (SDD): the AI implements and people steer the cycle — specify, design, review, validate and ship. This is not a hunch: we measure it against our own repositories and we budget from those numbers. And that method ships real product to production and to the app stores, not prototypes. I bring almost twenty years split between hands-on development, the technical leadership of two companies I co-founded and agile coaching. The bottleneck is no longer typing code but deciding well, slicing work into shippable pieces and verifying what gets delivered. I work with solid practices — TDD, DDD, continuous delivery — and I enjoy looking for better ways to do things; today that means steering the definition of the harness (rules, agents and automations) that lets the team move faster without losing control.

OwnAutoCare

My own product, from the app to the website. Vehicle maintenance history for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android, published on the App Store and Google Play. Built with Flutter and with no backend at all: data lives in the user's own Google Drive, iCloud or OneDrive, with no extra accounts and no intermediate database — privacy is an architectural decision, not a promise. Service log, attached invoices, cost tracking and full history export. Built end to end with Spec Driven Development, using OpenSpec. The product website —Astro, bilingual, a blog with scheduled publishing and continuous delivery— is mine too.

Astro and Tailwind, bilingual with an automated check that both dictionaries stay in sync, light and dark themes with browser detection, and a print stylesheet so it downloads as a PDF. End-to-end tests on Chromium and WebKit plus visual regression snapshots, and a Lighthouse audit that fails the build if any category drops below 100. Continuous delivery to Netlify straight from the workflow.

Movi-info

Movie information management, used as an architecture testbed. React 19 with TypeScript and Vite on the frontend and .NET 10 on the backend, both with hexagonal architecture and the DDD, Repository, Criteria patterns plus a query bus (CQRS) on MediatR. Tests at four levels: unit, infrastructure against the live API, acceptance with Gherkin and accessibility with jest-axe. Continuous delivery via GitHub Actions to Netlify and Render, served from a single origin through a reverse proxy.

Uniendo Nodos | Sept. 2024 - Present

I lead the company's product development — architect and lead developer, with a team — mainly within the Smartsheet ecosystem, where Uniendo Nodos is a partner.

We work with Spec Driven Development: every change is specified, designed and reviewed before a line is written. The AI implements; we decide, review and answer for the result.

162 changes specified, tested and deployed in a single quarter, with 18% corrective work, by a small team. I budget from those same measured figures instead of guessing.

Klonup, a backup SaaS for Smartsheet in commercial operation: I designed its multi-phase execution engine, with call limits against the API and partial and full rollback on failure, and the continuous delivery that ships it with tests as a gate.

Architect and lead developer of a multi-tenant SaaS platform: per-organisation isolation in the database itself, passwordless access, multi-currency plans and a full free-trial lifecycle.

Steered the definition of the engineering harness the organisation works with —architecture rules, skills and agents versioned alongside the code— and designed a control plane that runs agents in ephemeral environments with zero long-lived credentials. Backed by mandatory TDD and over 6,500 automated tests.
